COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT - CHANGES OF CORPORATE STRUCTURE

NEWPOINT SURETY ASSET FINANCE LTD (the "Company") announces the following changes in its corporate structure, effective 20 February 2025:

Directors:

Michelle Carter and Cheryl Anne Heslop have stepped down as Directors of the Company. The Board extends its appreciation for their valuable contributions.

Gary Peter Bellot and G.B. Directors Limited has been appointed as Directors of the Company.

Company Secretary:

Ogier Global Company Secretary (Jersey) Limited has resigned as Company Secretary.

G.B. Secretaries Limited has been appointed as Company Secretary.

Process Agent:

The Company has appointed London Central Services of 4, Old Park Lane, London W1K 1QW as its process agent, replacing Ogier Global (UK) Limited.

Registered Office:

The Company's registered office has changed from 44 The Esplanade, St. Helier, Jersey, JE4 9WG to First Floor, Durell House, 28 New Street, St. Helier, Jersey, JE2 3RA.

Contact Person:

Mark.Payn@garfieldbennett.com and Agnese.celmina@garfieldbennett.com has been designated as the official contact person for the Company, replacing newpoint@ogier.com
