Change of name
Following shareholder approval of the Company's change of name at the annual general meeting, the Company's name has been, effective from 29 December 2006, re-registered as Fairplace plc.
With effect from commencement of business tomorrow morning, the Company will trade on AIM under its new name, Fairplace plc. Its ticker will remain unchanged, as FCO.
