The Board of Dowlis Corporate Solutions plc, a leading promotion merchandise provider, is pleased to clarify that, pursuant to the announcement made on 6th June 2008, the Company's name change to Altitude Group plc will take effect at 8:00 am on Monday 16 June 2008 under the new TIDM: ALT.L.
