Change of Name and TIDM

Falanx Cyber Security Limited (AIM: FCS), announces that following shareholder approval obtained at the general meeting held on 27 November 2023, the Company's name will change to Cloudfield Holdings Limited and the tradeable instrument display mnemonic ("TIDM") of the Company will be changed to "CHL". This is expected to become effective from 8.00 a.m. on 30 November 2023.

The Company's website will remain unchanged at https://falanxcyber.com/, however on Completion there will be a new website, details of which will be announced in due course. Completion is expected to occur in early December 2023.
