CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held yesterday, 18 May 2017, the shareholders of the Company voted in favour of the Company changing its name to Just Group plc.

The Company's TIDM will change to JUST.L at the start of business on Monday 22 May 2017.
