Change of Managers
Further to the announcement on 8 March 2017, the Board of The SME Loan Fund plc is pleased to confirm the following with effect from 1 April 2017:
· SQN Capital Management, LLC and its UK subsidiary SQN Asset Management Limited, have been appointed as the Company's investment managers in place of Amberton Asset Managers Limited; and
· SQN Capital Management, LLC has been appointed as the Company's alternative investment fund manager.
· the Company expects to post a circular to shareholders shortly to convene a general meeting of the Company at which resolutions will be proposed to amend the Company's investment policy and its articles of association.
