The Company today announces that the Board of fastjet Plc appointed BDO LLP as its auditors following a comprehensive competitive tender process. The appointment will be effective for the 31 December 2018 year-end and is subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting due to be held in June 2019.

KPMG LLP, the Company's current auditor, did not participate in the tender and has confirmed to the Company that there are no matters connected with it ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.

The Board would like to thank KPMG for their contribution and dedication over the years. The Company looks forward to a constructive and professional relationship with BDO LLP in the future.
