Change of Auditor

The Company has conducted a competitive tender process for the external audit contract and the Board has agreed to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as its statutory auditor for the year ended 31 December 2016. As a result the Company’s existing auditor, Deloitte LLP, have submitted their resignation.
