Further to the announcement on 23 December 2013, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton") as its auditors with effect from 31 January 2014. Grant Thornton will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2014.
