Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that, as a result of the completion of the transfer of the business of the Corporate Advisory & Broking division of Brewin Dolphin Limited to Nplus1 Brewin LLP ("N+1 Brewin"), with effect from today, N+1 Brewin has been appointed as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker.
