Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Hays plc notes the appointment of Paul Harrison, Hays' Senior Independent Director, as an executive director and Chief Financial Officer of WANdisco plc with effect from 1 September 2013. We further note that Paul Harrison will step down from the board of The Sage Group plc on 30 August 2013.
