As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company has today been informed that Kevin O'Byrne, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, is to be appointed Chief Executive Designate of Poundland Group plc with effect from 4 April and will become Chief Executive Officer on 1 July 2016.
