Change in Board 

Anzon Energy Limited ("AEL") announces that the following directors have resigned with effect from today, being the Implementation Date of the Scheme with Roc Oil Company Limited:

Mr Michael N Arnett 

Mr Steven J Koroknay 

Mr Olivier Fric 

Mr Vincenzo Paglione 

Mr Charles J Pope 

Following these resignations, the Board of AEL comprises:

Mr William G Jephcott 

Mr Bruce F W Clement

Mr Andrew A Young 

Mr Robert C A Leon 

As previously announced, cancellation of admission of AEL to AIM will occur on 23 September 2008, following the implementation of the Scheme.
