Belize City, Belize, February 4, 2014 -- BCB Holdings Limited (London - AIM: BCB;Bermuda - BBHL) (the "Company")

On 27 August 2013, the Company announced that it had entered into a conditional agreement with Yumi Limited, to sell Caye Chapel, a resort island in Belize. The agreement with Yumi Limited did not complete and the Company is now engaging with other potential purchasers for Caye Chapel.
