NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF LISTING OF 10 ¾ PER CENT. FIRST MORTGAGE DEBENTURE STOCK 2014 (SEDOL Code 0607401) OF THE COMPANY (THE "2014 DEBENTURE STOCK")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Company that, further to its notice dated 22 December 2014, the 2014 Debenture Stock has been removed from the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and its trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange has been cancelled, effective as at 8.00 a.m. on 29 December 2014.
