Cablevisión S.A. antitrust fine

On 31 August 2012, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that its subsidiary Cablevisión S.A. ("Cablevisión") had been served notice of a decision rendered by the Supreme Court of Argentina on 22 August 2012, whereby that court dismissed the appeal filed by its subsidiary Cablevisión in connection with Resolution No. 19/2010. Cablevisión had filed its appeal before the Supreme Court of Argentina after the Federal Court of Appeals of the City of Paraná dismissed the appeal filed before it against Resolution No. 19/2010, as disclosed in the Company's financial statements.
