Reference to the Buy-back Program announced on January 9th, 2014, which was approved by the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority ("EFSA") and the Egyptian Stock Exchange ("EGX"); the Company would like to disclose the following information:

- The execution of the buy-back program will take place through the EGX dedicated OPR screen starting January 19th, 2014 and for a period of 10 days, ending on January 30th, 2014.
