Board restructuring
The Company today announces that Christopher Mills and Marie-Louise Windeler have both stood down as Directors of the Company with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank them for all of their efforts on behalf of the Company.
The Board has identified further directors and they are going through the due diligence process with the Company's Nominated Adviser. A further announcement will be made in due course.
