BOARD MEETING

This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 6-A Muhammad Ali Housing Society, A. Aziz Hashim Tabba Street, Karachi to consider the Quarterly Financial Statements for the 1st quarter ended September 30, 2008. As per the requirement of Code of Corporate Governance, the company has determined a close period from October 20, 2008 to October 27, 2008 (both days inclusive) during which no Directors, Chief Executive or Executives of the Company shall deal in the shares of the Company in any manner directly or indirectly.
