LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC: BOARD COMMITTEE CHANGES
Following the announcement made on 22 February 2024 and regulatory approval of Nathan Bostock's appointment as Chair of Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc, Lloyds Banking Group is pleased to announce that, when he joins the Group as a non-executive director on 1 August 2024, Nathan will become a member of the Board Risk Committee on that date. Nathan will become a member of the Audit Committee on 1 October 2024.
