The Company announces that on 25 August 2016 Mr. Eli Arad, which serves as a director of the controlling shareholder, BGI Investments (1961) LTD, was appointed, by resolution of the Company Board of Directors as a board member commencing on the date of the resolution.

Mr. Arad is a CPA and holds an Executive B.A in Business from Rupin College with over 10 years of extensive experience in the international hi-tech arena, proven ability to lead financing, finance, business and operational activities and leading private placements by institutional investors and private investors.
