Board Changes
Following the successful sale of OSG Records Management, Aurora Russia's Chairman, Geoff Miller, and two of the four Non-Executive Directors, Grant Cameron and John Whittle, have notified the Company of their intention to step down from the Board, as soon as replacements have been found. Gilbert Chalk will become Chairman with immediate effect.
