Board changes

The Board of Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Basham as a non-executive Director with effect from 11 September 2015.

Graham is a director and shareholder of the Active Group Limited, a provider of outsourcing support services such as compliance, regulatory support and human resources. Graham’s role at Active is Head of Corporate Services and he has been a Director of this Company’s property-owning subsidiaries for over ten years.

The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Bligh as Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee with immediate effect.

David Warr and Harry Dick Cleland, who both joined the Board of the Company in 2006, have retired from the Board of the Company with effect from today. The Directors are very grateful to both David and Harry for their significant contribution to the Board.
