Board Changes
Nature Group PLC, (AIM:NGR), the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, announced that Bill McCall, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
Bill joined Nature Group in May 2015 as a Non-Executive Director and has been instrumental in the restructuring process which the Group has undertaken in the last 18 months. The Board would like to thank Bill for his contribution and wish him well for the future.
