Board Change

Sir Christopher Hum KCMG, a non-executive director, will retire from the Board on 1 December 2016. Sir Christopher was appointed to the Board on 1 December 2006.

As previously disclosed, when Sir Christopher's term of appointment came up for renewal on 1 December 2015 the Board asked Sir Christopher to remain on the Board for a further year to maintain a degree of continuity while other planned Board changes took place.

Sir Christopher was duly re-elected at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2016.
