Board Change

Itaconix announces that Mike Townend will step down as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Itaconix with effect from 24 May 2019.

John R. Shaw, CEO of Itaconix, stated: "Mike has served our shareholders with rigor and distinction in guiding the Company from its early stages through to our current position as a leader in bio-based polymers. We thank him for his years of contribution toward our progress and advancement as an emerging technology growth company."

Mike Townend added: "With a clear growth path and strong management team in place, I leave Itaconix with growing confidence that the Company is well positioned for the future."
