Board Change

MoPowered (AIM: MPOW), the mobile commerce specialist, today announces that Emma Griffin, non-executive director, has decided to step down from the Board in order to concentrate on her portfolio of other business interests. The change is effective immediately.

Mike Hughes, Chairman of the Group, said,
