Board Change

The Company advises today that Mark Whettingsteel has, with immediate effect, resigned from the Board of Directors to pursue other endeavours.

Chairman of the Company, Sebastian Morley commented, "The Board would like to thank Mark for his valuable contribution to Croma, since he joined at the time of the acquisition of Access Locksmiths Limited in December 2015. We wish him well with his new business interests".
