Board Change
OPG Power Ventures plc (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power plants in India, announced on 9 October 2019 that Mr Jeremy Beeton would be standing down as a director of the Company in March 2020, and confirms that Mr Beeton has today resigned from the board with immediate effect.
The Company is continuing to seek a suitable replacement Non-Executive Director.
Commenting, Executive Chairman Arvind Gupta said "Mr Beeton has made a significant and valuable contribution to OPG during his time on the Board for which we are most grateful."
