Board Appointment

Nichols plc ("Nichols" or the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Milne to the Board as Group Commercial Director with effect from 1st January 2016. The appointment is a new position to the Nichols Board and strengthens the executive team in support of the achievement of its long term growth plans.

Andrew is currently the UK Commercial Director and has been with the Group since July 2013. He previously held positions with Coca-Cola Enterprises, GSK and Marks and Spencer.

John Nichols, Non-Executive Chairman of Nichols commented: "We are delighted to announce Andrew's appointment as Group Commercial Director. In welcoming Andrew to the Board, we would also like to congratulate him on his new role and we look forward to working with him as part of the senior Group team."

Andrew Paul Milne (aged 42) is also a director of The Noisy Drinks Company Limited.

There are no other disclosures required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
