PuriCore plc Board and Organisational Changes

PuriCore (LSE: PURI), the water-based clean technology company, today announces changes in the executive management team and the Board of Directors. Greg Bosch, Chief Executive Officer, and the Board of Directors have mutually agreed that Mr Bosch will leave the Company and the Board with effect from 31 May 2012, whilst providing transition support through June. Michael Ashton, currently Non-Executive Chairman, will assume the role of Executive Chairman and will manage the Company as a succession plan is developed. 

Michael Ashton, Executive Chairman, said:

He leaves us as a respected colleague as he looks forward to entering the next phase of his career. The Board and I personally thank him for his insight and contribution during his tenure and wish him well in the future.
