Blocklisting Application

Porvair plc, the specialist filtration and environmental technology group, announces that application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 1,575,202 ordinary shares of 2p each.

The block admission relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Porvair SAYE scheme, the Porvair 2005 Unapproved Share Option Scheme and the Porvair Long Term Share Plan 2008. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 22 January 2014.
