The Board of Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB) (the "Board"), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, today announces an update to its block listing application which was announced on 21 August 2013.

The Ordinary shares will be allotted and issued in due course in accordance with the rules of the Scheme and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary 1p shares in issue.

 

At 31 January 2014 the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights is 64,624,616.

 

No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

 

The above figure of 64,624,616 Ordinary Shares in the Company carrying voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
