APPLICATION FOR BLOCK LISTING

RPC today announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 2,869,300 ordinary shares of 5p each (the "Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.

The Shares will be reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

· 54,500 to be issued under the RPC 2013 Group Sharesave Scheme

· 1,331,600 to be issued under the RPC Group 2013 International Sharesave Scheme

· 32,200 to be issued under the RPC Group 2013 Approved Executive Share Option Scheme

· 735,100 to be issued under the RPC Group 2013 Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme

· 715,900 to be issued under the RPC Group 2008 Performance Share Plan

It is expected that admission will become effective on 21 June 2019. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
