Block Listing Application

An Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange to admit 250,000 Ordinary shares of 28⅛ pence each (the "Shares") to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares are to be block listed for future issuances under the Company's Share Save Option ("SAYE") Scheme. All Shares to be issued will rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company and it is expected that admission of the shares in this application shall become effective on or around 8th July, 2015.
