Block Listing

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 3,700,000 ordinary shares of 0.015 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be issued and allotted to satisfy awards made under the bwin.party 2014 Incentive Plan. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.

Admission is expected to be effective on 25 September 2014.
