Block Admission

Fyffes today announces that it has made a block listing application to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for 5,000,000 ordinary shares of €0.06 each to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM respectively. These ordinary shares will be issued and allotted from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options in accordance with the rules of the Fyffes Share Option Scheme 2007.

The ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
