Dialight PLC30 December 2005 Dialight plc 30 December 2005 DIALIGHT PLC The board of directors of Dialight plc (the "Company") has confirmed that theholders of redeemable non-cumulative preference shares of 75 pence each ("BShares") in the Company who are on the register at close of business on 30December 2005 will be paid an interim dividend on 7 January 2006 of 1.22 penceper share (being 70 per cent. of six month LIBOR) in respect of the period from1 July 2005 to 31 December 2005 (inclusive) in accordance with the rightsattaching to the B Shares, as set out in the articles of association of theCompany.
