LLC Avitrans increases its stake in RusHydro to 5.96%

May 3, 2018. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it has received a notification from LLC Avitrans, confirming that it has increased its share in the Company to 5.9565%.

As of April 16, 2018 LLC Avitrans held 25,391,737,466 shares in PJSC RusHydro, representing 5.9565% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company. LLC Avitrans previously held a 3.066% stake in PJSC RusHydro or 13,068,024,458 shares.

Mikhail Shelkov is a controlling person of ZAO Biznes Alyans Company, which is a controlling company of LLC Promishlennie Investitsii. LLC Promishlennie Investitsii is a controlling company of CADOR ENTERPRISES LIMITED and JIVANTA VENTURES LIMITED, which in turn are shareholders of PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation and have an equal share ownership of 30% minus one share. PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation holds 100% of shares and voting rights in LLC Avitrans.
