Asacha mining and production update
LONDON: 17 July 2014 - Trans-Siberian Gold plc ("TSG") (TSG.L) reports that mine development at Asacha in the second quarter of 2014 comprised 847 metres while ore extraction (including ore from stoping and mine development) amounted to 50,875 mt. In the first half of 2014, an average 13,259 mt per month was processed through the Asacha plant.
Second quarter production comprised 10,285 oz. refined gold and 13,441 oz. refined silver, the highest quarterly totals to date.
Mining and production at Asacha in the first half of 2014 is shown in the following table.
