Terms used herein shall be as defined in the Final Terms dated 8 June 2020 (the "Final Terms") relating to the offer of the Securities and the GSSP Base Prospectus 9 dated 17 July 2020 (the "Base Prospectus"),

The Issuer hereby provides notice in accordance with the Final Terms that:

(a) the Final Aggregate Nominal Amount of the Securities to be issued on 30 July 2020 will be USD 4,986,000 .

This Notice and the Final terms shall be read and construed together as one document.
