ARTICLE 8 NOTIFICATION

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) (the "Issuer") This notification refers to:

(1) the Base Prospectus dated 8 July 2016 (the Base Prospectus) for notes to be issued by the Issuer;

(2) the supplementary prospectuses dated 19 July 2016, 26 October 2016 and 15 February 2017 (the Supplements); and

(3) the Final Terms dated 28 June 2017 (the Final Terms) in respect of the Issue of EUR 24,805,000 (Autocallable Index Linked Securities due 14 June 2022 Series SNP595 (the Note Issue)),

the Base Prospectus as completed by the Final Terms and the Supplements to it, together constituting a base prospectus for the purposes of Directive 2003/71/EC and Directive 2010/73/EU (the Prospectus Directive).

Pursuant to our obligations under Article 8 of the Prospectus Directive, we confirm in respect of the Note Issue the following information:
