Samsung Asset Management

On July 26, 2013, the BOD of Samsung Electronics authorized a beneficiary certificate 

transaction limit with Samsung Asset Management.

▫ Details

 - Transaction limit amount: KRW5 trillion

※ This amount is the ceiling for the total transactions that can be made during the

period below.

 - Transaction period: August 1, 2013~July 31, 2014

※ Pursuant to the Fair Trade Act, a company is required to disclose any transactions

with its affiliates that exceed KRW5 billion.
