Appointment of Non Executive Directors
Formation Group PLC is pleased to announce that Osmond James Kilkenny (61) and Patrick Kennedy (27) have been appointed as Non Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 19 May 2008.
Osmond Kilkenny has a beneficial shareholding in Formation of 747,384 ordinary shares representing 0.34% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
