Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Foresight Solar Fund Limited ("Foresight Solar" or "the Company"), a fund investing in a diversified portfolio of ground-based solar PV assets in the UK and internationally, is pleased to announce the appointment of Monique O'Keefe as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 June 2019.

Monique has more than 20 years of experience in finance and law, having held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. She is a qualified solicitor, having practiced at Clifford Chance and Minter Ellison. More recently, Monique co-founded Kairos Wealth Limited, an investment consultancy business based in Jersey.

Monique is currently a Non-Executive Director of Phoenix Spree Deutschland Ltd, a London-listed property fund, as well as other private investment entities. She also serves as a Commissioner on the board of the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
