Appointment of non-Executive Director

AECI Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrĩ Parker (55) as a non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 21 May 2007.

Andrĩ is managing director of SABMiller Africa & Asia (Pty) Limited and a member of several boards of SABMiller subsidiaries in these territories, including South Africa. He also serves on the executive committee of SABMiller plc. He has extensive experience in establishing, consolidating and growing wholly-owned businesses and joint ventures internationally, and in developing countries in particular.

Andrĩ has an Honours degree in Economics.

AECI welcomes him to the Board and looks forward to benefiting from his knowledge and expertise.
