Appointment of Karl Sternberg

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Karl Sternberg as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from16 December 2016.

Mr. Sternberg is the former Chairman of JPMorgan Income & Growth Trust plc ('JPMIG'), a company which is now in voluntary liquidation. As previously announced by the Company in its Prospectus dated 26 October 2016, Mr. Sternberg's appointment follows the successful reconstruction of JPMIG and the resulting issue of new shares by the Company.

Mr. Sternberg is a director of Lowland Investment Company, Monks Investment Trust, Clipstone Logistics REIT, Herald Investment Trust, Alliance Trust and Railway Pension Investments. He is formerly the Chief Investment Officer of Deutsche Asset Management Ltd and he was the Chief Executive of Oxford Investment Partners Ltd. He is also a Fellow of St. Catherine's College Oxford.

Mr. Sternberg holds 2,085 Managed Growth shares and 13,650 Managed Income shares.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 R (2) to (6) for Mr. Sternberg.
