This is with reference to MOPNG Letter No. CA-31033/1/2016-CA/FTS:42979 dated11.12.2020 in respect of appointment of Smt. Usha Suresh, Senior Economic Advisor, MoP&NG on the Board of Directors of GAIL (India) Limited w.e.f. 10.12.2020 for a period of 3 years on co-terminus basis or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

The information pertaining to Smt. Usha Suresh is as under:

1. Disclosure of relationships between Directors

Smt. Usha Suresh does not have any relation inter-se with other Director(s) of the Company.

2. Further, with respect to SEBI Instructions dated 14.06.2018, it is to affirm that Smt. Usha Suresh is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

This is in compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
