Off-Plan Fund Limited (The)02 March 2006 The Off-plan Fund Limited 2 March 2006 For immediate release The Off-plan Fund Limited Appointment of new director The Board of the Off-plan Fund Limited ("Fund") is pleased to announce theappointment of a new non-executive director, Graham Berry. Mr Berry has been appointed to replace The Hon. James Ogilvy who, as announcedin the Fund's AIM admission document dated 1 December 2005, had informed theBoard that, due to health considerations, he would step down as a director asand when a suitable replacement could be found. Mr Berry (aged 58) has extensive experience of the construction and housebuilding industry. He formed the Graham Berry Partnership (the Goring BerryPartnership from 1989), a firm of chartered quantity surveyors, in 1976 fromwhich he retired in 1998. He was non-executive Chairman of City LoftDevelopments Limited from 1996 to 2003 and became a non-executive director ofthe CityLoft Group Plc in 2003. He became a Fellow of the Royal Institution ofChartered Surveyors in 1978. The Board believe that Mr Berry's 30 years experience and expertise in theconstruction industry will prove to be of great benefit to both the Board andthe Fund and wish to welcome him to his new role. At the same time it is with regret that the Board announces the retirement ofJamie Ogilvy due to health considerations. Following an illustrious 44 yearcareer in the City of London, Mr Ogilvy was instrumental in supporting theFund's manager, Development Capital Management (Jersey) Limited, in theestablishment and launch of the Fund in 2003 and has continued to play an activerole in the Fund. The Board and the manager wish to record their gratitude forall that Mr Ogilvy has done on behalf of the Fund since its launch and wish himwell in his retirement.
