Stephen is the founder of Trillium Partners, the independent corporate financeadvisor specialising in the media sector. As a media sector specialist, he hasan extensive record of advising companies on M&A activity, debt and equity fundraising and business strategy. Prior to founding Trillium Partners, Stephen was a Managing Director in theCorporate Finance and Advisory team at HSBC Investment Bank from 1999-2003,having founded the media sector team in 1997. Before joining HSBC, Stephenworked at Lazard and Arthur Andersen; he is a qualified chartered accountant.
